Ownership of the website

This Sernam website (the Website) is the property of Sernam Services company an unlimited private compagny with a registred capital of 1,000,000 Euros, registered in the Nanterre trade and company register under number 434 021 069 00084, with its registered office at 33 avenue Claude Debussy 92 110 Clichy. The manager of the Website’s publication is Mr Philippe Chevalier, in his capacity as managing director of Sernam Services company.

Contents of the Website

The Contents of the Website must be read as being the general structure, texts, images, whether animated or not, and sounds of which the website is made up. Any full or partial representation of this Website and its Contents, through any means, without express prior authorisation given by Sernam Services company, is forbidden and will constitute counterfeiting. Such infringement is punishable (articles L335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code).

Licence for the use of the Contents of the Sernam Website

Through his sole connecting to the Sernam.fr website, the user acknowledges that he accepts a licence for use of the Contents of the Website from Sernam Services company, this right being strictly governed by the following imperative provisions:

  • This licence, granted on a non-exclusive basis, is not transferable.
  • The right of use conferred upon the user is personal and private: this means that any reproduction of the Contents of the Website through any means, for collective or professional use, even internal within the company, is forbidden. The same goes for any communication of this contents through electronic means, even if circulated on a company Intranet or Extranet.
