ISO 9001:2000 is a genuine gauge of quality, and was renewed by Sernam Logistics AFAQ in May 2008. It covers the whole of the Sernam Logistics ch

ain (from design to delivery of the service).
This certification guarantees that the needs of each client are identified using a personalised study identifying the resources to implement in order to respond to the client's requirements and to ensure coherence with the Quality approach to which the group is committed.

An environmental approach

Sernam is conscious of the environmental impact of its business sector and keen to be environmentally friendly, and is therefore committed to sustainable development, with the establishment of a charter.
