Sernam CLIQ certified in 2003 and 2008 With this procedure, based on the relationship between the client and his or her haulier, Sernam aims to boost the reliability of its client relations in order to develop real partnerships. As client satisfaction is a priority, Sernam has chosen this approach based on honouring organisational and operational commitments, with an “ongoing improvement”-type system of checks. This first certification is a step in Sernam’s quality process, a major objective of which is also to establish a comprehensive quality system which satisfies the requirements of ISO 9001, for certification in 2010. |
